Research interests

I am focused on research on high-skilled labor migration and international management, including:

  • Institutional effects on location choices of self-initiated expatriates
  • Immigration policies
  • Intercultural management

Prior experience

  • Project manager with a large international management consulting firm (based in Boston and Singapore)
  • Project work in strategic optimization, supply chain management, and risk mitigation across the United States, Europe, China, Japan, and South-East Asia
  • Graduate degree in international business administration from the Eberhard Karls University Tübingen
